  1. SHIPPING

All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping typically takes between 9 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.

  • United States: 9-15 business days
  • Canada: 9-19 business days
  • United Kingdom: 15-35 business days
  • Mexico: 30-40 business days
  • Australia: 9-19 business days
  • Brazil: 30-40 business days
  • Germany: 15-25 business days
  • France: 9-19 business days

For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be split into separate packages to optimize delivery logistics.

  1. TRACKING

Unless specified otherwise on the product page, all orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking numbers will be provided within 2-5 business days after placing an order.

Once you receive your tracking number, you can track your order here.

  1. RETURNS

3.1 Return Policy

3.1.1 Return Conditions

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 calendar days have passed since receiving your order, we are unable to process a refund. No exceptions.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

3.1.2 Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable, including lingerie, pajamas, swimwear, and hosiery (socks/tights). No exceptions.

3.2 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alsai.us.

Our support team will provide you with a prepaid return label and a return deadline. Print and attach the label to your package and drop it off at any designated carrier location.

Please ensure the return is sent before the deadline. Once expired, the return label becomes void, and we will no longer be able to process the return.

  1. REFUNDS

4.1 Refunds for Returned Items

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email confirming receipt and whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be processed, and funds will be credited to your PayPal account within 14 business days.

4.2 Refunds for Unreturned Items

Refunds before an item is returned are not available, except in the following cases:

4.2.1 Refunds for Lost Packages

If no tracking updates are available for 14 business days after shipment, the package is considered lost, and a refund will be issued.

4.2.2 Refunds for Items That Are Significantly Different

A "significantly different" item qualifies for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Size discrepancy: More than 3cm (1") larger or smaller than specified on the product page.
  • Incorrect color: A different color from the product listing (minor monitor variations do not apply).
  • Wrong size: Incorrect shoe size.
  • Wrong item: Completely different product received (e.g., a top instead of a dress).

4.3 Refunds for Undelivered Packages

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer.
  • Buyer refuses delivery.
  • Package reaches the destination but is marked as "undelivered" with no tracking updates after a failed delivery attempt.
  • Package is marked as "delivered" but has been lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
  1. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

  1. EXCHANGES

If you receive a defective, incorrect size, or wrong color/style item, contact us at support@alsai.us to arrange a free replacement.
